Welcome to Orchard Training & Education Ltd, also known as OTE Construction Training. Proudly serving the Humber Region and its surrounding areas, we specialise in providing a variety of construction training pathways tailored to meet the dynamic needs of both young people and local employers.
Our Mission
At OTE Construction Training, we are dedicated to delivering meaningful, helpful, and exceptional services that are responsive to the needs of our community. Our highly experienced and passionate team is committed to fostering a supportive learning environment where every individual can thrive.
Our Founder – (Mr Kevin Mills April 2004 to July 2014)
Orchard was established in April 2024 by the late Kevin Mills, an inspirational and supportive character who prided himself on assisting others. Though he sadly passed away in July 2014, his values, beliefs, and mission remain the cornerstone of our company.

Our Programmes
We are proud to engage with young people aged 14-16 through an alternative education programme, working closely with schools to provide Level 1 construction training. Our commitment extends to delivering pre-employment training for individuals aged 16-19, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to progress to employment within the construction sector.

We actively engage with the construction industry, being responsive to employer demands by delivering short courses such as NVQs from Level 2 to Level 7. Our company prides itself on its adaptability to sector changes and robust support for our local construction network.
